Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Orders must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. 

Returns must be received in original, unused condition. We maintain the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above requirement. If we receive damaged items or past due returns, we will contact you and hold item(s) for 48 hours only. You may provide a pre-paid shipping label within that time frame and we will ship it back to you.

*All items on the SALE page can NOT be returned/ exchanged/ or refunded! Promo codes and sales beyond 20% discount are final sale. No exceptions.

Shipping costs are non refundable.  

We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. However, please note the cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund. You may select the option to create your own label. 

We do not provide return labels for anywhere outside the US. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE RETURN AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!
